Writing Update, All that was Lost
Have not updated my writing in quite some time but I have been writing. Losing several works was VERY depressing and it took quite a bit of willpower to dive back in and start rewriting these works. Not saying that some of them didn’t need to be rewritten anyway. World War III – 1945 was confusing because of the characters involved and I was in the process of changing them to make it easier to follow when I lost the entire manuscript along with several others.
The History of World War III (Academic Study) – progress 16,000+ words Goal 100,000 words
World War III – 1945 (Altered History Fiction) – Lost
World War III – 1946 (Altered History Fiction) – Lost
Pilgrim’s Trail Book Three – The Devil’s Ride – 56,800+ words, Goal 100,000 words
The Path to Pilgrim’s Trail (Prequel) – 5400+ words, Goal 100,000 words
The Quantum Mind – 4500 Words, Goal 100,000 words
We happy Few (formerly Through Green Eyes) Stories of My Adventures in Iraq and Afghanistan – 1100 words, Goal 100,000 Words
Not Enough Water to Melt the Witch – 900 words, Goal 60,000 Words
As you can see Book 3 in the Pilgrim’s Trail Series is nearing completion and I am also contemplating doing the series in Audio Books will actually make them better as for anyone in the writing community knows hearing the written word lets you catch errors and helps the author to make the words flow better and more eloquently.
I got a royalty check this last month from Germany which was pretty cool. I have no idea how my books translates or if the individuals just bought it in English. Thanks Robo!
Well back to writing, hope you are enjoying it.
